Coney Island is Doing Well. But It’s Still Got Work To Do.

Coney Island proper is a 25-minute walk from the to-be ferry landing, through a crime-ridden area.
A rendering of Zamperla’s new Double Heart coaster, which could fit well on a plot of land in Coney Island.
The new Luna Park expansion can be seen in the distance, but as seen here in January 2022, it only takes up less than a third of the entire plot. There is still plenty of land ripe for redevelopment (Double Heart, etc.?)
